About the Role\nWe're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to grow our filtration business. You'll own day-to-day sales activity in your territory — prospecting and developing new business, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and building lasting customer relationships.
\nThis is an on-site position for candidates within commuting distance of our facility. We will also consider fully remote candidates based outside the region.
What You'll Do\n• Grow buy percentage with existing customers
\n• Develop, coordinate, and execute strategies to win new business
\n• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
\n• Understand customer needs to deliver real value while protecting margin
\n• Stay current on technical textile and filtration product knowledge across our full product line
\n• Conduct regular business reviews with customers
\n• Build and execute an annual personal business plan, including key account strategic sales plans
\n• Track and report territory and customer progress, sales forecasts/projections, and CRM account data
\n• Partner with the accounting team to help keep receivables current and flag forecasting risks

What You Bring\n• Technical knowledge of filter materials and processes — required
\n• Working knowledge of the textile industry
\n• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial sales preferred
\n• Proven business-to-business sales experience and technique
\n• A track record of managing and growing industrial sales accounts
\n• Ability to build relationships quickly with key decision-makers
\n• Comfort working across all levels of a customer organization
\n• Proficiency with standard business software; experience with Salesforce or another CRM
