Job Description
This fast-growing company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee operations for over 150 residential properties in Orange County. The role is focused on managing daily leasing efforts, work orders, and lease renewals, while serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and consultants. Success in this position requires a highly organized individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize incoming information to help focus on important issues, and maintain professional relationships while problem-solving across diverse situations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests, reviewing vendor contracts, assisting with marketing and leasing efforts, and managing property-level financial tracking. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of typical residential repairs and issues or residential property management experience, is tech savvy, and possesses a reliable vehicle for site visits. Excellent writing skills are a must. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth as an independent contractor. Our typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though candidates should be prepared for occasional night and weekend availability. Remote work opportunity within Orange County.
