Corporate TrainerCasselberry, FL Full-timePosition OverviewUnivista Insurance is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Corporate Trainer with a strong and proven background in the auto insurance field to lead impactful training initiatives across multiple markets, including Texas. This role combines instructional design, facilitation, and sales enablement to support the onboarding, development, and continuous improvement of our sales professionals and staff. The Corporate Trainer will develop engaging training programs, deliver live and virtual sessions, mentor trainers, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, thrives in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment, and is passionate about empowering others to succeed.Program Design & FacilitationDesign, develop, and update training programs and educational materials tailored to sales, compliance, and service excellence.Facilitate training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and sales professionals in both English and Spanish.Mentor and coach junior trainers, ensuring consistent training quality across regions.Performance & Sales EnablementAssess training needs, measure effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.Support sales enablement by aligning training initiatives with sales goals and company performance metrics.Provide feedback to employees and management to improve performance and compliance.Operations & Industry KnowledgeMaintain accurate training records and prepare reports for leadership.Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in adult learning.Travel frequently to deliver training and support multiple office locations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or sales enablement (insurance industry strongly preferred).Proven track record in insurance sales and adult learning facilitation.Strong presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills.Ability to assess, coach, and improve employee performance.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish - required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness and ability to travel extensively.Note: The above statements describe the general nature of the job and are not an exhaustive list of duties.
