Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads and prior client inquiries
\n
• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom or phone
\n
• Maintain clear and professional communication
\n
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, consistent client interactions
\n
• Meet performance goals to earn growth opportunities
\n
• Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions
\n
• Build and maintain client relationships with company-provided and self-generated leads
\n
• Help families understand how their options can support long-term security and protection
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Three or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
\n
• Strong verbal and virtual communication skills
\n
• Comfortable using technology and modern digital tools
\n
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
\n
• Professional, dependable, and service-driven
\n
• A people-first mindset and willingness to learn

• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed

• Reliable smartphone, computer, and internet connection

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to complete contracting requirements

Pay range and compensation package
