Pride Health is hiring a Health Informatics Specialist III to support our client's healthcare facility in Philadelphia, PA .  

Job Details: 
Schedule: 8 Hours per day, 40 Hours per week.
Location: Hybrid – Philadelphia, PA - 19104
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 6 months, with possible extension.
Pay Range: $50- $54 per Hour on W2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. 

Duties: 

• Assess current-state workflows and design future-state processes.
• Gather requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and perform gap analyses.
• Support Epic implementation, build decisions, testing, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve care delivery and efficiency.
• Lead workflow design sessions and support change management and operational readiness.
• Develop workflow standards, reusable templates, training materials, and lessons learned.
• Mentor team members and train internal resources to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Monitor data quality, support decision-making, and evaluate project outcomes.

Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• License(s): NA
• Certification(s): NA
• Years of experience:

• Epic ASAP and inpatient experience — required .
• 5+ years of nursing, clinical, or operational experience.
• 3+ years of informatics experience.
• Epic Perioperative and Ambulatory experience.
• Pediatric healthcare experience.
• Clinical workflow redesign and requirements gathering.

• Skills/Specialties/Technology:

• Change management and clinical education experience.
• Experience with data quality, business intelligence, and process improvement.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Progressive leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with system implementation, testing, quality improvement, and gap analysis.
