The practice offers two convenient outpatient locations—one in Chesapeake and one on the campus of Sentara Leigh Hospital, a 250-bed facility featuring a dedicated 48-bed orthopedic hospital. Candidates will appreciate a thoughtfully designed care model with in-office therapy, digital X-ray, an on-site procedure room, and an ambulatory surgical center located just across the hall—creating a streamlined experience for both surgeons and patients.Sentara physicians now have the opportunity to invest in Sentara Joint Venture Ambulatory Surgery Centers! The base pay range for full-time employment is $475,009.60 - $552,281.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
