Advanced Window, Inc. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee material purchasing, fabrication coordination, and delivery scheduling for our national commercial projects.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, aluminum entrances, and associated hardware. You’ll work closely with Preconstruction, field teams, suppliers, and fabricators to ensure project materials meet contract requirements and arrive on schedule and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Review shop drawings and contract requirements to verify material order accuracy.
\n
• Perform material takeoffs and purchase glazing systems, components, doors, hardware, and related materials.
\n
• Select and coordinate fabricators and shipping providers.
\n
• Track orders, production, fabrication, and delivery schedules, providing weekly status updates.
\n
• Resolve material and fabrication issues and coordinate deliveries in the sequence needed for installation.
\n
• Assist with requests for quotations and selection of installation subcontractors.
\n
• Visit job sites and fabrication facilities as needed.
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Five or more years of relevant commercial construction experience, ideally in commercial glazing procurement, purchasing, estimating, preconstruction, or project management.
\n
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, aluminum entrances, and hardware.
\n
• Ability to read architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
\n
• Experience with material takeoffs, ordering, and fabrication and delivery coordination.
\n
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
\n
• A degree in construction management, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
\n
• CPM, PMP, or LEED AP credentials are a plus.
\n
• Willingness to travel as needed.
\n
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
\n

Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time to support projects in the Pacific Time Zone.
